I love eating and I love living

The book consists of over 150 pages of clearly expressed information ranging from Aphrodisiac Nutrition 101 to Alarming Foods, Breaking Calories Down, Food Lingo and much more - including countless recipes and a few, shall we say - encouraging - images.

So what are some of the super sexy foods she includes in her recipes? Well, you'll have to discover the book to find them all but I'll give you one or two: pine nuts and mustard. And no, they do not have to be taken together in order to experience the benefits. There are tons more so get the book to find out for yourself.

And as she highlights early on in the book: Proverbs 15:17 states: A bowl of vegetables with someone you love is better than steak with someone you hate.

Well, I love eating and I love living. And I want to continue doing both for a long time - among other (fun) things. And while I may not spend a lot of time in the kitchen, I found the book to be a neat read and insightful in a variety of ways. And I hope that this article turns you on to it.
